A Bit Easier BUT….

Today’s walk was from San Vincent to Verres 14 km and not nearly as hot.

We are walking down the Aosta Valley, always along the hillside on the south side of the valley. The whole time, we’ve had steep ups and downs but dropping the whole time. Today, we had such lovely pathways BUT also many very challenging, sections where we had to proceed very slowly and deliberately.

This morning, we walked from our hotel through the village of San Vincent, admiring the huge pots of begonias and dodging the drips from the recently watered plants overhead.
